A dimensional shift is made of many paradigm shifts unfolding over time. Although science speaks of dimensions just in terms of time and space, a dimension is actually a specific frequency range of perception and intelligence. It seems everywhere you turn these days there is a new theory or take on the need for change. The subject has become so popular that it was even a major contributing factor to this years presidential election. And every month there seems to be a new book on the subject of 2012, consciousness shifts and new perceptions.
Everyone I talk to seems to be in a state of reflection and looking forward at the same time. I know I find myself asking the questions, "Where did I come from? What steps led me to where I am now?"
I will be co-hosting a TeleConference call this afternoon with Sheva Carr, founding CEO of a stress management training company called “Fyera!,” licensed by HeartMath. Now when I first heard the term HeartMath it triggered something in my memory. Where had I heard that before?
I seemed to recall a book I had read in 1994, something about the heart. So I searched through my books and found The Hidden Power of the Heart by Sara Paddison. And guess what? Sara Paddison was vice president of The Institute of Heartmath at the time she wrote that book. So I decided to re-visit the book out of curiosity.
I found this gem in the bargain books at my favorite book store. Now either the book was ahead of its time or the Universe just knew I needed to read it and that was the only place my consciousness, at that time, would see it. I paid $1.00 for it.
The first time I read it the ideas were new to me. I have to say that it played a major role in my own shift of consciousness. But in 1994 I was working as a Kelly Temp and doing a lot of traveling. So you might say The Hidden Power of The Heart played a role in seeding my consciousness.
The Hidden Power of The Heart actually became my first stepping stone into a higher thought frequency. I read it in 1994 and put it on a shelf. I say it seeded my brain because the books that came to me after that added to my own dimensional shift and acceptance of many things.
Have you ever wondered how it is that some new notions are born and how we can accept changes and shifts in perception so readily? What makes us ready for a shift in perception? I believe that daily we plant seeds in how we communicate with the world around us. And as such we are also seeded with communications that we receive.
So this shift that is upon us now, what does it mean? Are we going to continue to allow fear to control us? I don't think so. The world is saying, "It's time for a change." And like an old pair of shoes that feel so good on our feet, we are ready to open our heart. Our gardens are preparing for the harvest.
It seems right now we are twirling through cascading dimensions like a spiral. I have studied material by Esther Hicks, the Abraham materials, Avatar, Vivation and EFT, and all of these marvelous tools run pretty much in the same vein of thought. We create our own reality and our perceptions determine what we can accept.
These are all fifth dimensional thought patterns according to The Hidden Power of The Heart,
The Fifth Dimension...It is the dimension where you truly create your own world and are not a victim anymore. From a fifth dimensional perspective, stressful times are seen simply as untransformed and opportunities for more love and empowerment. - p.75
What will it take to get to this place? I know that many are close, and many feel it is their life purpose to perpetuate this heart based way of living. I am really excited about the abundance of opportunities available to us all right now, how about you?
I remember as a student in high school that I wanted to get people's attention to know that all the world really needs is love. I really took those words seriously when the Beatles sang them out. I am working on putting together a book of poems and stories that my mother published in the local paper during the 70's. Many of her letters to the editor and poems told a story that could well be taken for current events.
When Christ came to Earth he brought in new perceptions of love and broke through many mind sets of that time. He created and left behind an opening into the fourth dimension. This was a powerful transformation for a society that was largely operating in the second dimension - the undeveloped mind. In the higher fourth dimension you see union, you see all people as one. Christ had a constant clarity of vision, and he loved everyone he saw. His mission was to touch all people and "lifestyles." He mingled with all segments of the population, all the people. In the higher fourth you don't judge or overcare about someone's lifestyle. You only care about the style and focus of your own love and awareness, and feel true care for all.
The planet is poised to begin operating more consistently in the higher fourth, but it will take a potent infusion of fifth dimensional energy to break free of the density and stress of third dimensional thought. And, it will take people becoming more self managed through the heart to transform our current thinking habits into higher understandings of love and care. - P.76
